Have your friends and family simply pick up the phone and express their well wishes, congratulations and encouraging messages after the beep, and hang up. Our Audio Guest Book makes it super easy and fun for guests to leave their own recorded message for your special occasion.
How does it work?
Receive it and simply plug it in!
Your guests pick up the handset and listen to your INTRODUCTORY GREETING
After the beep they can start recording their message… telling a story, singing a song or giving their best well-wishes..
After they have finished, they simply hang up the phone.. The recording is then safely stored.
After the event we will retrieve all of the recording from the night, work our magic, and deliver both mp3s and mp4s for you to cherish forever!
Every single message is recorded and saved as it’s own individual mp3 voicemail. We save the messages as audio files, and combine them into a long mp3 and a shareable mp4 video, customized with a photo of your choice. Our audio guestbook creates anticipation and excitement as meaningful tributes are given and these sentiments become more meaningful with the passage of time.

What style phones do you have?
We have two standard style phones: retro black and retro silver. We also have four limited edition phones: standard size but fun colors teal, blush pink and yellow phone as well as a payphone.
How much does the audio guestbook service cost?
Our Audio Guestbook Service is $325 for our standard size phones in black and silver, teal, pink and yellow. Our Payphone is $425.
Do we need a phone line?
No, just a standard outlet.
Can we rent the Audio Guest Book even if we don’t need a photobooth?
Absolutely. We ship the Audio Guest Book phone to you prior to your event and supply a prepaid shipping label to return it. Our phones can travel across the continental US.
Is it battery-powered?
No, you will need to plug the Audio Guest Book into a standard outlet.
Where should I put the Audio Guest Book at my venue?
As a rule of thumb…we recommend placing the Audio Guest Book in a location you could comfortably have a phone conversation. We love thumping music, but it’s best to keep the phone away from the DJ.
Can I unplug and move the Audio Guest Book to another location?
Certainly! Just let it sit for 15 seconds or so after it’s plugged into the new location to warm back up.
When will I received my Audio Guest Book?
Your Audio Guest Book is scheduled to arrive 2 days before your event.
How to return the Audio Guest Book?
We supply you with a prepaid return shipping label. Using all the same packing materials, box the phone back up, drop the package off at the shipping provider the NEXT business day after your celebration and ask for a receipt from the shipping provider.
What happens after we send the phone back?
Once we receive your return, your messages are filtered to reduce background noise from your event and to even out the volume of each recording, helping to make your guests' messages more clear and audibly pleasing.
How do we hear our messages?
Once we have enhanced your messages, they are saved as individual mp3s and also assembled into a mp3 as a series of messages that you can listen to for years to come. We will email you your download link a few weeks after your phone has been returned. Be sure to save and back up your files.
